Simmons SDS9

198*, 6 channel digital/analogue drum module
This page is diferent from all my others because I don't actually own one of these drum trigger units! A friend of mine has one and we have tried several times to get this to work purely as a midi controller for triggering samples elsewhere, we had it working a few times but the button pushing required is not easy to work out without the manual. We had scoured the internet looking for a downloadable manual and only found parts of it either in the wrong language or with the essential midi information missing.
Now after a long search and many posts on forums we have managed to get a complete PDF user manual together. Huge thanks to Alex on the vintage-synth forum for doing the hard part of aquiring and scanning the pages of the manual, then all I have done is compile these scans into a single PDF document and upload it here for anyone who needs it.
I will add more infomation on this page when we have fully tested the unit etc.
